Based on the aggregation of search queries people typed into Google this year, Zeitgeist is a cool way of visualizing the main events that happened in this 2010.

I think it's great that Google make this info available. It's really interesting to see the search trends. The release of data from Twitter and Facebook has also been very insightful! I just hope they continue publishing it (and for free!).
