Here’s an ad for discrimination that features little girls spouting the F-word while wearing princess dresses.

T-shirt company FCKH8 has the kids colourfully making statements about sexism, such as “Women are paid 23 percent less than men for the exact same fucking work” and “My aspirations in life should not be worrying about the shape of my ass.” The premise is that inequality is far more offensive than profanity. The “One” campaign goes online

ClickZ reports today the “One” campaign is debuting on the Web. The initiative, with the creativity by @radical.media, aims at raising awareness among Americans of global issues like Aids and poverty. Viewpoint created the rich media ads driving traffic to the one.org website. Advertising spaces have been donated, among the others, by AOL, 24/7 Real Media, MSN, Google and About.com.

“Race the Pros” builds awareness

Dodge brands received a boost in awareness thanks to an advergame, “Race the Pros” created by Wild Tangent. As ClickZ reports, awareness of Dodge brands was up 27.6 percent among Internet users who had played a new online branded game. Audio improves awareness of Online Advertising

According to a new study by Dynamic Logic, audio can greatly increase the awareness of online advertising. The news is reported today on MediaPost, explaining that the study, which was conducted for BabyCenter LLC, found that advertisers experienced 15 percent to 168 percent lifts in awareness by incorporating audio into the creative of ads. A few doubts… - Many people surf the Web at work with the audio turned off… - Many times audio might get annoying instead of interesting to users’ ears. In a way, it’s like pop-ups: an unexpected audio might disturb your quite navigation, taking your attention away from the content you are reading.
