They have more money than you and this is what they do. Amazing the kinds of blogs arising right now… something to cover every human niche. Any weird niche blogs to share? http://richkidsofinstagram.tumblr.com/ thanks Bryce Logan
One of the coolest things about Windows 8 are the Live Tiles. Microsoft thinks so too so they created a prank that involved a light up floor tile (think Michael Jackson’s Billie Jean) and a collapsing wall. Probably set-up but fun anyway by McCann Oslo and via Gizmodo
Durex are famously bold with their advertising and this latest ad is no exception, posted up to Sina Weibo after the election results were announced.
Aussies LOVE cricket. Vodafone Australia has launched a new campaign for cricket lovers across the nation. Go to the site and order a ‘book’ or download a cover for a book and you instantly have a cover for your mobile phone to ‘pretend’ you are doing something super useful, when in fact you are actually watching the cricket. Nice idea from Scott Mortimer and Wellison D’Assuncao at Ogilvy in Sydney. Read more…

Your own private island hang-out with your mates. XXXX GOLD beer today announced it has acquired a 15-acre island on the Southern Great Barrier Reef, Australia – called ‘XXXX Island’. Designed to be the ultimate destination for mates’ trips away, XXXX Island will offer Aussies the chance to experience what XXXX GOLD terms the ‘good life’ – a relaxing few days where you can do as little, or as much, as you want with activities including fishing, touch footy, beach cricket, swimming in the ocean or simply barbecuing the catch of the day with a beer in hand. I want to go there!!! Read more…
You can now play air hockey against your cat. At SXSW Purina presented a new iPad game where (human) players have to fight for a bowl of animated Friskies cat food, battling against their very own cats. The idea of advergames for cats isn’t new, as Purina launched last year the first series of tablet games for cats only, however a digital challenge between humans and cats is probably the innovation many of us have been waiting for for ages (you know this comment is meant to be ironic, don’t you?).
